Lets have Charging stations at all federal facilities for a monthly subscriber fee. Soon everyone will have an electric car we can can get infront of this now. The employees alone will make it beneficial let alone anyone else that uses them.

Consolidate all HR departments under one federal agency (eg OPM)

Effective Human Resources management is vital to every agency. However, the HR needs of most agencies are redundant to others, especially comparing military-to-military or civilian-to-civilian agency. For example, every federal employee receives the same benefits irrespective of their agency.
