Linux Laptops to Remote Desktop to Government Computers

At the USPTO, we have thousands of laptops issued to teleworkers to remote desktop into their systems at work (be it virtual machines or their actual desktops). Each of these laptops have to have licenses for Windows, Adobe Acrobat, etc., in addition to the licenses required for the systems located at the USPTO campus.
