EPA Regional Offices should be housed with DEQ State Offices

There are already a few ideas to consolidate regional offices, but I would like to encourage the EPA to move their regional offices and house them with state DEQ offices. I think would provide for increased opportunities for collaboration. Rather than housed in 1 office for 6 or 7 states, we could move the staff to several states, and support our state offices without increasing our budget and fixed costs.

Recommend to schedule, process, and manage virtually (via “Virtual Docket”) all Veterans hearings that are requested before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA). Currently the BVA processes over 18,500 hearings annually.
