Guard contract evaluation / reduction. At my site in MD we eliminated one 24 x 7 x 52 guard position and reduced our annual costa by $370,000. I encourage the President to review and scrutiniz the guard force hours at all federal sites. Then have the resolve to eliminate all excess, and save big money instantly. This is an instant win, to help the gov't budget woes.

Every time I passed by the recycling bin next to the office printer, I often see piles of paper in there that are not documents from work but rather the pages with people’s name and the document’s title. This is such a waste of ink and paper because most people just throw them away.
