There are too many employees in the federal government that are not getting the job done! A new people strategy needs to be implemented in the federal government to encourage hard work. What ever happened to 'working hard and doing your best, or else you'll be replaced'? Do we want to be a competitive country? Why do we continue to tolerate mediocrity?

When this country began, we created programs and benefits to help populate, fill out, and explore this great country, e.g. the Homestead Act, and associated Homestead Acts.

In addition there are many laws protecting the labor, employment, and commerce of the U.S.

I believe unemployment in the U.S. has more to do with complacency, and reluctance to relocate, than it has to do with "jobs Americans don't want to do."... more »

STOP PROMOTING, WHEN YOU SHOULD BE TERMINATING

Quit promoting individuals who cause problems, and terminate them.

 

Not only are you just causing more trouble for the section, agency, or department they are promoted to, you are also increasing their pay. and continuing to pay them for years, then they retire and you further continue to pay them.

 

Spend some money on investigating them and get them out. Cut ties.
