Remove Milestone Pass Incentives

Remove personnel incentives to pass program milestones in ANY acquisition program. Personal grades and promotions should be on successful management of a program, not if it passes milestones. Successful management can include stopping a program and rolling it back to a previous milestone if so warranted.

END OF YEAR SPENDING - ROLL OVER BUDGET

Similar to rollover budget and end of year spending.

Every year with about 2-3 months left in the fiscal year, not just my Field Office, but I'm sure every agency within the U.S. Government spends the rest of their budget, out of fear of not getting the same amount or more money the following year, and I'm sure as a way to justify asking for more funding. When this country began, we created programs and benefits to help populate, fill out, and explore this great country, e.g. the Homestead Act, and associated Homestead Acts.

In addition there are many laws protecting the labor, employment, and commerce of the U.S.

I believe unemployment in the U.S. has more to do with complacency, and reluctance to relocate, than it has to do with "jobs Americans don't want to do."... more »

Every Squadron in the Air Force, and I do not know to what extent other agencies are burdened, is required to select a member of their unit to spend man-hours representing a program which has been largely unchanged since its inception in 1986. Combine Online Systems (Websites) Used by Federal Employees

We use over 10 separate online systems to take care of daily administrative tasks, and I believe that we should combine them all into one website, similar to how Google lets you switch between e-mail, calendar, documents, photos, etc. with a simple mouse click.
