ssa overpayments

we have a significant amount of overpayment within the agency mainly due to claimants working and not reporting it. some people know how to work the system, some are repeat offenders and some really don't understand. for those who continue to get overpaid and abuse the system, knowing the the agency will take a repayment agreeement that will sometimes ensure that they will never repay this money, there should be harsher... more »
