Pharmacist to Tech ratio

Many government pharmacies hire more pharmacists than technicians and rely on pharmacists to do a lot of tasks that technicians could do for much less money. I propose that more technicians be hired and fewer pharamcists to save large sums of money and accomplish the same mission.
