I have read a lot of posts that suggest eliminating the College intern program all together because College interns are lazy and useless. Having been a college intern myself I assure you, it is not that we are lazy or useless, but rather that we are treated as such.

Be Cautious about submitting a Good Idea

I have submitted several ideas locally that has saved the agency at least 1 million dollars on only one of the ideas. The others saved time, paper, improved efficiency, money, and helped the military. When you have a track record of successful ideas one that may not be working will be thought of as something that can be fixed. Stop say "Job Security," Read How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinc

Worker's should be forbidden to continue "busy work," while saying that it is, "Job Security." It is a new world, a new day. Older workers seem to want to continue doing things the way they were, instead of excepting new ideas. (I am an older worker, but, new to the agency).
