Establish a legal standard that must be met for any appeal beyond an initial one. Currently, appeals seem to only be limited by the creativity of the defense counsel. This endless effort ties up the court system and costs the taxpayer unneccessary legal costs.

It is time we look at revising the laws to take into consideration forensic and other technology in determining a standard of "irrefutable guilt" in federal cases.
