All over the us, there is weather, and not being put to use. The government owns millions of acres of land, and yet still pays for electricity. Small co-pay for chiropractic care.

There are only 40 VA chiropractors in the US. The demand for our services is enormous. Many of my patients have little or no need to see me, but because the care is free and they "like how it feels", they insist on seeing me as often as possible forever. This prevents legitimate patients from seeing me. A $5 co-pay ($2.50 if the patient has a service connected diagnosis that is within the scope of chiropractic care)... more »

IRA/401K

It is time to roll back the deductiblity of IRAs and the use of pre-tax dollars for 401K contributions. Anyone who can contribute to these can afford to pay a little more in tax.
A portion of these accounts, say 20-25 %, should also be invested in savings bonds. This would bring in short term revenue to the treasury. This amount would not affect people's long term returns as only about 60% invested in stocks... more »

Efficient Tort Claims Billing for Regional Counsel

I propose that billing for tort claims for personal injury claims not be mailed by UPS. Instead of mailing personal information and bills by UPS (which is very costly to the government), I suggested 2 printers be installed in Regional counsel offices.
