In addition to fining those present in the United States contrary to law, we should start charging the countries of nationality for the detention, removal, and deportation of their citizens.

The war on drugs has been a failure that has lasted far too long and has cost this nation far too much, a cost measured in dollars and in lives.

Elect a leader that will support a balanced budget amendment, end the "Drug War" and bring home our troops including closing foreign military bases. Savings in the trillions of dollars.

Raise the price significanly for those applying for J-1 and M-1 Visas. A very high proportion of those who use those Visas to get into the country have absolutely no intention of ever leaving. Anyone who is a non-citizen (No matter where they are from) would have to pay up front for medical care or be denied. Pre-paid debit cards would be required and money could be added to them at any time from any source. THe huge amounts of money wasted in Africa and Asia could be better utilized investing in our southern neighbors. I would rather see items made in our hemisphere, then in China or Vietnam. Use Remotely Piloted Vehicles (RPVs) to fully patrol our borders 24/7. This saves much manpower and can discover illegal infiltrators both with drugs and those smuggling people into the US. The cost savings will be $Billions per year, and cut crime by $Billions.
