In light of the fact that CBP has an extensive inventory of equipment that is old, outdated and is currently being stored in warehouses, parking lots and offices throughout the country. FEMA Reimbursement paid to Indian Casinos????

Indian Tribes are an eligible entity for FEMA reimbursement for damages caused by a disaster. This is not the issue. FEMA has in the past paid for repairs to their casinos which is a profiting business and should not be covered by tax dollars for reimbursement of repairs caused by a disaster. The totals are probably in the 100s of millions. A policy change needs to be made and this needs to be addressed.
