Offer the opportunity for corporations to purchase naming rights on Federal Highways. For example, Interstate 5 could be renamed Apple Freeway, if Apple, Inc. purchased the naming rights for a term of three years. Use the funds to repair and maintain the highway.

I believe the Agencie could save resources by eliminating the hard copies and just use electronic copies of this publication.

The U.S. has more than 45,000 miles of Highways. The median strips are often clear of trees and get sunlight for much of the day. If we assume that only 1/2 of them have median strips that could feasibly have solar panels, that translates to more than 50,000 acres of land that could be used for solar power generation.
