Replace Winter CSR grant review face-to-face with teleconference

Face to face review is thousands of dollars more expensive than teleconference review. Face to face does have benefits for chartered committees, primarily to reviewers and the committee as a whole so eliminating all face to face would be a mistake; however changing the Winter meeting to teleconference would save 100s of thousands of dollars in hotel and travel expense, relieve the stress of winter travel, and not hurt... more »
