Eliminate Citizenship Paper Certificates w/Plastic Card

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services currently issues very expensive Certificates of Citizenship and Certificates of United States Naturalization. They are printed by the Treasury Department's Engraving & Printing and then issued after vetting and a fee of approx. $600 dollars plus is paid to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Form Instructions are Longer than Form

Many government forms have instruction pages that are longer than the actual form. If there are that many instructions required, then the form is not understandable and should be revised or not used at all. And if there are that many instructions, the people who have to complete the forms are probably more confused by the instructions than the forms. Also, it is a huge waste of paper to have such long forms and instructions.... more »
