Prevent Demolition of NASA Test Stand

NASA is currently planning to spend over a million dollars to tear down a rocket-engine test stand. The stated reason for tearing down the stand is to maintenance costs. The test stand, however, costs only about $25,000 per year to maintain. It could stay in place for 60 years before the maintenance costs would equal the cost of demolition. Do not put PV panels on Roofs

PV Paybacks are long especially if all costs are considered and not what is spent by the agency (subsidies just take money from other investment opportunities with potentially greater paybacks). With that said, if we are going to do it don't do it on roofs. We have enough problems with roofs and installing PV panels on them will probably make them worse. LABOR-Develop a reasonable labor requirement to cut cost the Govt, would otherwise spend on Fed employees, contractors, or private sector. Since they are receiving better healthcare than most, cable which some still can't afford, and exercise equipment which some can't afford or are to busy working to use, we might as well educate them and give them a skill so they may positively contribute to society. EXOP - Office of Management and Budget

Sell Old NGA Building in Bethesda MD

OMB needs to look at the old NGA building in Bethesda with an eye to sell it to the public. The building is useless for government operations as it is in a costly area, inaccessible to public transportation, costly to maintain, and outdated infrastructure. The site is prime real estate for commercial or private use and should bring a decent profit for the government.
