Change Fiscal Spending and Add it to Evaluations

I recommend changing the military fiscal policy so that an organization can have money at the end of the fiscal year and for it to not only be ok, but also be encouraged by making it a high priority item on evaluations (OPRs/EPRs, Civ Appraisals).

Automatic Fax scanning machines

We receive a large amount of faxes from new and current FEMA applicants, and they are scanned in by hand which takes much time, effort, and energy. Why don't we use a service which allows all faxes to be scanned in automatically to individual files and they would be reviewed by individuals for accuaracy? Savings would be to allow the people who do the scanning to do other important work and provide greater speed and... more »
