Reduce Unintentional Printing
It's too easy to hit the print button, when you don't really need to/want to print. A pop-up button asking "are you sure you want to print xxx number of pages to xxx printer, at a cost of $xx.xx to taxpayers?" could help folks think twice about whether printing is necessary. If so, click YES, and the print job would proceed. If not, click NO to cancel.

Permit employees to enter their Time and Attendance information into a universal software program. This will cut down on errors and save on printing costs.

Impose electronically monitored and enforced limits on printing
For example, an employee is permitted 100 pages per week. After printing 2 pages, they are prompted that they only have 98 and so on. When they reach 0, they can no longer print. The number resets the following week.

Stop Mailing the GSA Global Supply Catalog
Our small office received 2 catalogs. This seems to be a major waste of money producing the catalog and mailing. This catalog should be posted on the internet for easy access.
