Is it really necessary to have an on-site Equal Rights Officer, a Disabilities Officer, an Alternative Dispute Resolution Officer at each disaster? Wouldn't it be more cost-effective to have such officers assigned to each disaster and their phone numbers available for consultation if needed? They would be available to personnel in the event of a question or problem via phone.

I believe we can save money by reducing electronic "clutter". I challenge my colleagues (and anyone who reads this) to only send emails per day. Make a phone call. Stop by someone's desk. Have a video conference call.
