Have service phones installed at the field office for customers to contact either TSC or the FO personel. Customers can be screen and light service can be provided instead of waiting in line for the same service.

Receive faxes via secured email: If the tax payer or their representative were able to fax directly to the Specialist's/Gov't Representative via the Specialist's email address, costs of paper would decrease, a savings in man hours spent contacting the representatives to request the faxes again due to non-receipt of the info., and a better customer service oriented agency with a quicker response time.
1. The Veteran's ID cards would be used as a credit card for the veteran. The travel office would work with my healthy Vet to set up these credit accounts for the veterans.
