Mobile Payments to IRS

Save Millions, Develop a Smart Card/ATM type ID card for Taxpayers when they OWE the IRS money. i.e. payment plan payments or just normaly balances that are due. Hundreds of thosands of dollars are lost annual in unidentified remitances. These are not good for the TP or the IRS. The Smart Card/ATM ID cards would operate like a Gift Card. Relocation Cost Cutting - Pay for PCS Moves with Pre-paid cc

I have a suggestion that, if implemented, will save the government millions of dollars a year. I suggest that PCS moves be paid by the Federal Government with a pre paid credit card. The staff member would receive a card they would use to pay for everything involved in the move process. The amount would depend on the number of dependents and their ages, and the mileage to the new duty station.

Let me buy my own stuff!

I'm new to government and was taken back by the purchasing process in my agency. I've been waiting on equipment to get ordered after it was approved for over 4 months. There are so many middle men that if one person is not doing their job the whole process stops. We now are in danger of losing the money that was assigned to us as we approach the end of the fiscal year.
