Last year I got a Smart ID which I would be able to track my time and have access to my computer. Why issue them to employees if the system is not ready yet? Give us the cards when we are ready to use them it is a waste of time and money to issue these cards if it is unknown if we are going to use them
Have one standard ID card for ALL Agencies of the Federal Government. This ID would be a "Super Smart ID" you could get into any Government building with. You could also have electronic access to any buliding if you have permission to do so. This would save money and labor when an employee changes Agencies they would not need a new ID.
