Save $3.2 Billion: Army Organic Fixed Wing Close Air Support

In a March 1997 CBO report, “Reducing the Deficit Spending and Revenue Options,” DEF-16, “Make the Army Responsibility for Close Air Support (CAS),” the CBO proposed a revolutionary idea to decrease deficit spending. Broaden TSP Fund Options and Open to Non Feds (for a fee)

In order to make the TSP more attractive and competitive with “like” institutional investment entities (i.e. TIAA CREF, Vanguard) I believe several indexed fund options should be added. These options would provide the opportunity for a more balanced portfolio. Once in place, their management would not adversely impact TSP operating cost. Here are the funds:

No Paper Towels or Air dryers in Bathrooms

Save energy, create jobs! Use a recipricating cloth hanger in bathrooms. There are companies that come to your place of business, take the dirty cloth rolls and leave clean ones.

 

I don't like the waste of papertowels and the air dryers never get me dry unless I spend 5 minutes using them so I suggest cloth. No plastic, no paper, no electricity, just the washing of the laundry. Save money, reate jobs.
