Every day government employees create engaging power point presentations, The common practice now is to print out enough handouts for all attendees. This is often binders full of reports, etc. I propose that the new "norm" consist of paper free presentations. If attendees would like to request the presentation, they can do so via email. Creating a VA Regional office training dept

I would suggest the Dept of VA, stop conducting centralized challenge training across the U.S. I would instead suggest each RO having a training dept to give out all new, and updated training. This department would be established with certified VSRs and RVSRS. I would suggest these individuals certified and have certain educational backgrounds. TRAVEL PAY EFFICIENCY

I would like to stream line the process of veteran's receiving their travel pay.
1. The Veteran's ID cards would be used as a credit card for the veteran. The travel office would work with my healthy Vet to set up these credit accounts for the veterans.
2. Upon check out from their appointment the clerks would swipe the veteran's ID card. This would notify the travel clerk that the veteran had been to an appointment.... more »
