OMB needs to look at the old NGA building in Bethesda with an eye to sell it to the public. The building is useless for government operations as it is in a costly area, inaccessible to public transportation, costly to maintain, and outdated infrastructure. The site is prime real estate for commercial or private use and should bring a decent profit for the government.

HHS is renting space in Frederick, Maryland for its COOP (Continuity of Operations) emergency use. The warehouse, fully outfitted with special heavy duty IT systems capacity, desks, break rooms, telephones, laptops, changing rooms, bathroom facilities, etc, is enormous and EMPTY 99% of the time.
