I receive a hard copy of the 19 CFR - 3 book volume every year (along with the other 50 employees in my direct office). I never look at them because the CFR is available online with easy search capabilities. I recommend only providing hard copies based on written request/necessity.
Suggested idea - stop publishing the paper copy of the OSHA code of federal regulations (i.e. 29 CFR 1910, 1915, 1917, 1918 and 1926). Start distributing... more »

Many agencies have to hand deliver their rules to the Federal Register and to many different parts of Congress. Rules should be acceptable in elecronic format at the Office of Federal Register and Congressional offices. This would save gas, time, emissions, paper, and toner.
