Provide for secure Cloud based/Mobile filing of income tax returns, so that anyone with a phone and access to the internet can file their returns safely and securely. Each citizen would have their own account will all the information already submitted to the IRS automatically pre-filled on the correct forms.

There are several systems in use throughout DoD to manage supply inventories, configuration management, Diminishing manufacturers etc. There is a huge oportunity with the advant of truly robust cloud data storage and data exchange formats like xml to save hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars by combining and merging this data into one superset.

Two ideas is the cloud and telecommuting, which are easy to get started now and the biggest saver now and for the future.
