This is similar to another welfare to work suggestion, but slightly different. Establish free child care centers (daycare) on a first come first serve basis for anyone regardless of income. Subsidize Child Care

Are we going to go around in circles again. Once the people found about the governement subsidizing child care within DHS, the local child care facilities increased their fees, knowing that the people using their facilities would not mind since Uncle Sam will foot some of the bill and in the long run the employee will still save money. Convert to a 9 hour 4 day work week

Have all Federal, state and local agencies including schools should convert to a 9 hour, four day work week and everyone has Friday’s off. This benefits, the environment, the worker and the government. It worked in Utah.
Reasons:
everyone will conserve oil on transportation to& from work and on government vehicles,
less traffic and potential accidents,
road and vehicle maintenance would be reduced,
