SAVE Award 2011 Ideas

This is not an idea to save money but to make it easier for us to vote on money saving ideas. There are currently about 2,800 ideas on the website. There is no way that anyone with a full time job can read through these ideas and vote on them. Can we please have categories (not just tags). Maybe if we made more of a commitment such as; funding, programs, research, improvement/quality, dedication, out reach, promoting, rewarding, sponsored competitions, awards, etc, we might be able to get some smart kids to become smart adults and fix some of these issues we have now.

Prove that high ranked (highly liked) ideas are submitted to agencies by posting the results of the 2011 SAVE Award campaign to the White House website.

Develop electronic contracting templates for similar actions to expedite contract awards. A format like MasterFormat (used in construction) could be used, with appropriate divisions and sections.
