Elimate Bonuses for SES level executives

To often executives get HUGE bonsues that are off the backs of thier employees. If you are at the SES level, there should be no reason you should get a bonus that is comperable or more than an employee'(s) salary for an entire year.

Telework for TSA Inspectors

Allowing for Inspectors to Telework will reduce or free up the need for additional office space (and the associated costs). A majority of time spent in the office is for data-entry of inspection reports which can be done from anywhere. Inspectors are equipped with laptops capable of tethering for intra-net access. Official Portraits

I work in a building with 4 "official portraits" in them. These are of the President, the VIce President, the Secretary, and the Commissioner. Each time anyone in one of these positions changes, a new photograph is taken, the photograph is printed, framed, shipped, hung, and the old photograph is removed, transported and stored or disposed of. Save over $500 million annually limit exec. air travel

I have noticed over the years that there has been alot of military airlift missions from our Command. The travel is mostly going from Norfolk, VA to Washington, D.C. Which is roughly a 45 minute flight, as opposed to a 3 hour drive. That is great for time savings, but not financial savings.

Eliminate the National Debt

My idea is for the "powers that be" to develop the ability for any monies left in the budget at the end of the year to be applied directly to the National Debt. Meaning that a local office can press a button and the monies go directly to the National Debt, they are not funneled back to parent agencies where the monies will be spent so they don't loose out the following year.
