I had an idea that we should have a easy way for the public, young and old, to participate and utilize their ears and eyes and cell phones in the battle of terrorism, TEXTING. When a passenger sees an abandoned bag or something untoward in the terminals or restrooms or someone acting strange, they could text their concern.

Rethink Biometric Pilot Credential Program To Save Program Costs

Instead of developing a new stand alone "pilot biometric credential", and since legislation dictates one, why not consider using the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP's) Trusted Traveler Global Entry credential for this purpose.

I currently work at the CVG (Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International) Airport with the TSA (Transportation Security Administration); TSA is under the DHS (Department of Homeland Security).
