Encourage the use and maximize telework during the summer months, especially when code yellow, orange or red air quality days are predicted. This would serve to reduce electricity load from Federal facilities, subways, and reduce emissions from vehicles as well (even if the person only travels a short distance to a Park and Ride facility).
