Similar to employees pooling their dollars to buy a lottery ticket, employees could unleash the potentiality and the dynamic energy of the brain power of a group to generate viable ideas to: improving the quality of output at lower costs, simplifying processes to reduce administrative burden, or improving the speed of government operations to improve efficiency.

As an employee who regularly submits notices to the Federal Register, there would be enormous time, material and cost savings if the process were brought into the 21st century.

40 CFR Part 22 governs the administrative adjudicatory proceedings. Rule 22.5 requires the filing of an original and a copy of a document. Reduce administrative obstacles for organizing meeting

To facilitate setting up inter-agency meetings, open up access to outlook calendars for all federal employees. I work at NIH but I work closely with many other federal agencies both within and outside of HHS. Discontinue use of form SF-182

This is a lot of unnecessary and useless paperwork. The 182 is no longer needed for payment. Most training courses can be registered for online. Personnel offices do not have time to keep track of everyone's training. It should be a purchase approved by the supervisor using simplified acquisition procedures, not add this extra burden of filling out this cumbersome form
