Managers travel more than front-line employees do. Reduce air, hotel and mileage reimbursement to upper level mgmt and require more tele-conferencing and video-conferencing.
Example: territory managers all traveled to a site for 1 week to discuss CPE topics for LB&I agents. Then there is to be no CPE or at a minimum, 2 days CPE. Couldn't the territory managers have done this in a few short hours?
