Why on earther would we allow a privatized housing company to receive full BAH entitlements from different ranked service members who make wide range of BAH entitlements when the service members are living in the exact same floor plan and dwelling? Why should we pay a company so much more overhead say from an Officers BAH rae when they are living in a dwelling that a mid enlisted service member is living in. If the deemed value of the dwelling meets the BAH rate of the enlisted service member, then why is the housing agency allowed to collect the full BAH from the officers BAH rate? Not saying the Officer paying more should get the excess into his own pocket but the Governement could then take this difference back and place it into other funds needed.
