Create a team to visit sites and evaluate/teach local electrical engineers on how to balance the phases (loads) on their power. Smart people tell me that there is a current induced on the neutral when the phases are out of balance, and this current is shunted to ground. Well, this current has to come from somewhere, so it is coming from the grid, and you are paying for it, but getting no benefit from it, just sending it to ground. If you balance the loads on the phases, this reduces or eliminates the neutral current so it is no longer wasted, leading to a reduction of power being consumed (wasted). The amount will vary based upon the loading of phases, the more out of balance the loads are, the more neutral current gets wasted.
