Vitual Classrooms for Classroom Training

The government could save a millions of dollars easily if we facilitated more classroom training via virtual classroom types of instruction. Utilizing video conferencing, we could send students through training classes without leaving their institutions or offices and there will be absolutely no travel expenses. Video conferencing can be either uni-directional or interactive. Imagine sending multiple students through a course in which your institution may have only been able to send one due to expenses. Obviously, some courses that require physical requirements or presence won't be appliicable. Think of the opportunities in which it would be applicable though. Also, testing if necessary can be proctored electronically either during or outside of the virtual classroom.
