Vegetable Patch at the Office

Grow vegetables on the office land that is being maintained with expensive flowering and other shrubs. Possibly employees can have their 'own' community style patches and the produce could be sold farm-stand style or given to the cafeteria kitchen as a donation or at low cost. The landscapers can be engaged in the maintenance, organic upkeep and as the knowledge experts. Think squash, tomatoes, beans, peppers, pumpkins and so on. There must be a recipe for these that we an easily make at home. All these veggies would need is the sun and soil. The watering would be the same as if watering those petunias and begonias currently adorning the office premises for aesthetic appeal.
