If you must have a union then you need to have employees that work specifically for the union. Make that their 9-5 job. We currently have employees that are NEVER at their job station because they are always working for the union or called away from their desk. Which causes alot of animosity with the remaining employees in the area who work everyday. Also, these employees that work for the union are away from their regular job so much that we have to re-train them and go over procedures over and over because they have been gone from their regular duties so much that they get behind. If we are to stay union then we should have individuals that work for the union and that is their job position. It is NOT fair to those that work their regular jobs on a daily basis.
