Stop Printing Time Cards

Every 2 weeks, a time card spreadsheet is automatically printed for every civilian employee from the time & accounting software system used. They are distributed to each employee who fills them out, has their supervisor sign it, and then they are returned to the respective timekeeper. He inputs this information into the software system and then must keep the hard copy for 6 years.

Going to a totally electronic process would not only reduce time and money but would also better safeguard our Social Security Numbers. The sheets display each employee's full SS#! If nothing else can be done, at least modify the system to only display the last 4 numbers.
