Stop Distributing Paper Pay Stubs and Paper W-2s to Employees

In my office, a huge stack of paper pay stubs come in every 2 weeks. With the availability of the myPay web site, we should not still be distributing paper pay stubs.


The myPay web site also maintains the W-2s. There is no use in mailing out these forms each year, with the printing and shipping costs.


The Federal Government would save millions of dollars if paper pay stubs and w-2s were discontinued.
