SSA LIMITS ON BACK PAY, STUDENT AGE, AND SSI PAYMENTS FOR KIDS

1. SSA NEED TO HAVE ATLEAST A TWO YEAR LIMIT ON HOW FAR THEY GO BACK TO PAY SOMEONE. (IN THE END THE CLAIMANT GET MORE THAN THEY HAVE PUT IN)

2. STUDENT BENEFITS SHOULD END AT AGE 18. (WE SHOULD NOT GIVE THEM MONEY FOR 19 PLUS 2 MONTHS BECAUSE THEY FAIL IN SCHOOL)

3. THERE SHOULD BE A FAMILY MAX AMOUNT FOR SSI. THERE ARE SOMETIMES 5 OR MORE CHILDREN IN A HOUSEHOLD RECEIVING SSI PAYMENTS FOR $674 EACH AND THE POOR ELDERLY CAN ONLY GET $674 AS A SINGLE AND $1011 AS A COUPLE.
