Reverse Air Refuel

Often during In-Flight Emergencies (IFEs) aircraft are required to either dump or burn fuel to reduce their gross weight; many aircraft have the ability to reverse air refuel (i.e., pump fuel back to an air refueling tanker).

When the IFE is not a "barn burner" and there is a tanker available, aircraft should make it a standard to reverse AR so we are not wasting the fuel by dumping it or by using higher burn rates to adjust gross weight for landing. The fuel could then be passed to another aircraft who actually needs it
