Recycling the Old Fashioned Way

Government facilities around the world sell products or contain venders which sell products in packaging made of recyclable materials but there is no policy in place which makes recycling madatory for all government facilities. The policy should not dictate the creation of a huge master program to monitor and maintain recycling processes. All that is needed are the addition of strategically placed recycling bins in each facility. Instructions for facility custodians would be to place recyclables in seperate bags (color coded or labled in marker). At the end of each week use a government vehicle(s) to drop off recyclables at one or more (depending on material) of the local recycling plants where they can be sold. The money recieved can be used to help maintain the facility and provide better services for employees as well as their customers thereby minimizing the cost to the central government.
