To save money on healthcare for insured, uninsured or illegal americans a national 1-800 number should be established (Bi-Lingual) to clarify medical questions using non-personal info. This would also help low income people by having a "point of contact" not to be used as "911" upon calling the hot line a disclaimer states clearly that any medical emergency should call 911. The "clarification line" is used as information that educates the person and could possibly eliminate a "ER visit or hospital visit " saving millions of dollars by communicating basic medical issues with unbiased information. This clarification communication gives the common person information so they could make better healthcare choices or eliminate costly visits that are not neccessary.
