VBA Central Office employees essentially have zero performance standards. I am 100% certain my office could perform BETTER with LESS THAN HALF the current number of employees on staff. Talk about cost savings!
How can GS-13 employees who are only responsible for "attending" a few meetings a week receive satisfactory performance reviews AND even get promoted to GS-14 positions?
