Paper Training Certificates of Completion

Most, if not all, federal agencies have learning management systems that track an employees training history, so a cost savings would be in eliminating paper certificates of completion. The cost of printing the certificate and the cost of the labor to input and print these certificates would be a big cost savings, not to mention a time-saver.
