Currently the Forest Service mails single-sided printed copies of the Schedule of Proposed Actions to thousands of people per forest every quarter. Why not print double sided to save paper and postage? Why not offer electronic delivery (it's been online for a long time) instead of automatically mailing a paper copy? And as an employee I definately don't want it mailed to me, I can easily find it online. Same with NEPA documents... ask if people prefer electronic delivery or paper copy mailed to them (through post cards, phone calls, or even when posting advertisements to solicit comments).
