Marketing materials would be made available to customers only, and not distributed to employees in the organization.
Left over materials can be saved for the following year. The Agency should avoid placing dates or listing the years on items, so materials can be reused.
Products and printed materials for initiatives in the organization should not be disseminated.
Examples include the following items that were purchased for the entire Agency: Drumsticks, Agent X, and Mission Pyramid.
Printing and distribution of GSA Advantage catalogs should be reduced significantly. Such materials should be disbursed across remote locations such as Afghanistan where internet access could be limited; otherwise all GSA catalogs should be promoted as being available on-line only.
